I live in Southern California. Close to the beach, but not where the cars are always gridlocked. You'll find my wife, my dogs, and music at the center of my universe. I was introduced to art in my early years, experimenting with charcoal, ink, pencils, animation, and digital music production. With each learned medium, my canvas expanded exponentially.
In 2017 there was a dramatic shift in my life. I realized that other than my own memories, I had nothing to look at and reflect on my past. So I put together what little money I had, bought a camera and began documenting the world around me. My focus was to make todays moments permanent. Through it, I felt born again. I found myself experiencing more life than I ever had because my camera was taking me places I never would have gone before. Photography gave me a new tool to express myself, as I re-discovered the world through my eyes.
