Nothing encapsulates all the memories I have of growing up near the beach better than this image right here. Serendipitous moments, basking in the warm golden light.

Taken on an evening walk down PCH in Laguna Beach, I kept looking over my shoulder as the sun began to lower in the distance. This is a major component of my artistic process, I observe the light like a hawk with my camera attached to me like a third arm. When the sun dipped behind the clouds I knew this was my opportunity to capture the diffused golden light. I made my way down the nearest set of stairs and climbed on top of the railing to get the highest vantage point without an obstructed view.
